Polynesian Cultural Center
The Polynesian Cultural Center, the most successful cultural theme park in the world, is a living and breathing exploration of the traditions and lifestyles of seven Polynesian cultures. It is a special place dedicated to preserving and portraying the history, culture, arts and crafts of the people of Polynesia.
We are located on the scenic North Shore about an hour drive from Waikiki (55-370 Kamehameha Highway, Laie, Hawaii, 96762). Open Mondays - Saturdays from NOON – 9:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Enjoy a full day of cultural activities, demonstrations and exhibits in our seven island villages. Mingle with island natives as they demonstrate hip swaying dances, rub sticks to create fire, tribal tattooing, cook in a fire pit, climb coconut trees in bare feet and more. Package also includes canoe rides, canoe pageant, tram tour of Laie and Go Native activities.
